STREAMING INTERNET DEPOSITIONS

Hart Reporting, Inc. offers the latest technological advances in "streaming" text through the internet. With an internet connection, an e-mail address and a realtime reporter, participants anywhere in the world can now receive realtime streaming text. You can take a deposition in one location and have your client and/or expert in another location watching it in realtime.

When requesting this service, you would simply let our office know which party needs access at a remote location. We would then schedule the deposition through Speche Communications, our streaming text service provider. Prior to the event, the user would then be e-mailed a secure link from Hart Reporting to click on when the deposition begins. The realtime text is displayed instantly on the user's computer and allows the user to customize text size, font, and color.
